First and second quarter CMP meetings have been completed. Individual Vidyalayas have been informed about the 3rd Quarter meetings.
Children’s Day celebrations have been scheduled on 14th , 15th and 16th November, 2009 and efforts are being made to involve all the primary children in activities aimed to develop their personality/language proficiency skills and creative abilities. A number of CCA and Sports activities to engage maximum participation will be organized.
Children’s Films
All the 45 Vidyalayas have been directed to purchase Children’s Films from the Children’s Films Society, Mumbai before 10th October, 2009. Principal, KV No. 3 Colaba is coordinating procuring 50 CD set for all the vidyalayas.
Class Libraries
With the aim of improving the reading skills of students, lists of graded books and reading cards have been sent to all the Vidyalayas.
Proper use of Resource Room is being constantly monitored by the Principals/EOs
Power Point Presentations on Languages/Maths & EVS are shown to the teachers during the last working day, so that teachers could get ideas on project based learning and use of IT to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching learning process.
